Nikhil brings over a decade of experience in Corporate and Commercial Dispute Resolution, with deep expertise in arbitration, construction and infrastructure disputes, and complex contractual claims.

He has successfully represented clients in high-value matters arising from real estate development, infrastructure projects, shareholder and joint venture agreements, loan and mortgage enforcement, and insolvency proceedings. He regularly advises real estate developers, infrastructure companies, financial institutions, manufacturing businesses, and educational entities on dispute strategy and risk management. He also has experience advising technology and media businesses on their commercial contracts and privacy-related issues.

Nikhil regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tribunals, and arbitral forums. He is known for delivering clear, commercially-focused advice in contentious matters involving high-stakes transactions and nuanced contractual obligations.

Before joining Bahuguna Law Associates, Nikhil was associated with JSA. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys travel and is passionate about sports, particularly basketball and golf.
