Mallika is a versatile legal professional with a strong academic foundation and a breadth of experience spanning litigation, commercial transactions, and cross-border advisory work. A graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, she also holds an Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Criminal Law & Forensic Science from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.

She began her career as a Judicial Clerk to Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw at the Delhi High Court, gaining exposure to complex matters across diverse areas of law and honing her research and drafting skills. She then moved to Clifford Chance, where she worked within the Capital Markets and Derivatives teams, collaborating with global offices on high-value, multi-jurisdictional transactions. This experience gave her deep insight into commercial transactions, regulatory frameworks, and structured documentation, while building strong cross-border collaboration skills.

Since enrolling with the Delhi Bar Council in 2018, Mallika has developed substantial experience in commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution, combining her advocacy skills with a commercially pragmatic approach. She brings a unique blend of litigation acumen and transactional expertise, allowing her to navigate both contentious and non-contentious mandates with equal ease.

Outside of work, Mallika has a creative and curious spirit, with a keen interest in art, travel, fashion, and fitness. She is an avid reader—especially of contemporary topics and trends online—and believes that these varied passions bring fresh perspective and balance to her professional life.
