Adith is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with over 7 years of experience representing and advising clients in complex legal matters. His primary practice focuses on civil, corporate, and commercial litigation, with particular expertise in alternative dispute resolution, company law, insolvency and bankruptcy, consumer protection, property and real estate disputes, and criminal law.

He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts in Delhi, the Appellate Tribunal for Debt Recovery (DRAT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), and various other courts and tribunals.

Over the course of his practice, Adith has represented a diverse clientele, including corporates, financial institutions, and individuals, in matters involving contractual disputes, employment and labour issues, consumer complaints, and matrimonial cases.

Adith holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida, and has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2017.
