He handled disputes under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act and was involved in high-profile arbitration matters, including those relating to infrastructure projects, foreign investments, and commercial contracts. Ritesh also played a key role in the successful resolution of disputes involving foreign awards and enforcement issues, with a particular focus on cross-border commercial conflicts.
