Ankit brings over 13 years of extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, writ petitions (including tender-related matters), arbitration, and dispute resolution. He has appeared before a wide range of forums, including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts in Delhi, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Green Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal, and other specialised tribunals.

Over the course of his career, Ankit has represented and advised clients on diverse legal issues, including contractual disputes, employment and labour matters, and matrimonial issues. He has successfully acted for clients across industries such as real estate and infrastructure, handling complex and high-stakes litigation before courts and tribunals across India.

In addition to his strong litigation practice, Ankit is well-versed in domestic and international arbitration, providing strategic counsel and representation in a variety of commercial disputes. His ability to combine meticulous preparation with clear, result-oriented advocacy has earned him the trust of a wide range of clients.

Ankit holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2012. Prior to joining Bahuguna Law Associates, he worked with Karanjawala & Co., where he gained valuable experience in high-profile litigation.

Outside of his professional life, Ankit is an avid sports enthusiast with a keen interest in cricket and football.
