Shikhar brings nearly 5 years of experience in representing and advising clients across criminal, commercial and civil law, with a special focus on white-collar crime and bodily offences. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCDRC and the Adjudicating Authority and Appellate Tribunal constituted under the PMLA, as a briefing as well as arguing counsel.

Prior to joining Bahuguna Law Associates, Shikhar was associated with Mr. Avi Singh, Senior Advocate at Cicero Chambers LLP, where he handled litigation across practice areas such as white-collar crime, bodily offences, special and statutory offences, international commercial arbitration, consumer, intellectual property rights and civil law; and with Mr. Nikhil Singhvi, where he gained experience in arbitration, civil, insolvency, intellectual property rights, consumer, service and matrimonial law.

Shikhar is an alumnus of National Law School, Bangalore, having completed his B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) in 2018, and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2021. In his free time, he enjoys board games, football and chess.
