Managing Partner
Saket, who until recently served as the Chief Legal Officer at Indiabulls Group, founded the firm in 2024. During his tenure with Indiabulls, which began in 2006, Saket led a team of over 100 lawyers across various entities, handling high-stakes litigation, complex transactions and regulatory compliance. Under his leadership, the litigation team at Indiabulls initiated and defended a wide array of cases across multiple forums, including domestic and international arbitrations, as well as complex litigations against defaulting borrowers in the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLAT, NCLTs, DRATs, DRTs, Arbitral Tribunals, and more. Saket played a pivotal role in strategizing litigation to successfully resist proceedings initiated by government agencies and regulators. Additionally, the transactions team at Indiabulls benefited from his expertise in deal structuring and his ability to provide strategic solutions to complex legal issues, particularly in negotiations involving high-stakes recoveries. Saket also guided the Indiabulls corporate legal team on transactions and documentation related to real estate, aviation, financing, capital markets, power sectors, as well as labour, employment, and industrial law matters.
Saket graduated in law from ILS Pune in 1997 and subsequently joined J.B. Dadachanji & Co., a prominent corporate law firm representing leading companies in India. Between 2004 and 2006, before joining Indiabulls, Saket established his independent practice, advising and representing a broad spectrum of clients, including Bharti, Siemens, Alcatel, and Alstom. He also represented the Hinduja Group of companies and its promoters in the befors case.
