With experience spanning courts, tribunals, and cross-sector negotiations, he brings over two decades of frontline legal expertise to the firm.

Ritesh Kumar, Senior Partner at Bahuguna Law Associates, brings over 27 years of experience in litigation and arbitration across sectors like financial services, real estate, and infrastructure. Formerly President and General Counsel (Disputes) at Indiabulls Group, he has led high-stakes matters before courts, tribunals, and international arbitral institutions, with deep expertise in multi-jurisdictional disputes and cross-border arbitration.

With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Ms. Meghna Mishra is highly renowned for her expertise in navigating complex, high-stakes disputes across India. Her extensive experience encompasses a broad spectrum of practice areas. Ms. Mishra is a trusted advisor to several prominent corporate houses and is valued for her strategic thinking, quick and effective solutions and excellent legal assistance.
